Aparthotel Adagio Liverpool City Centre

Excellent location - right in the city centre. Easily walkable to all the great spots - Liverpool One Shopping Mall/Centre (less than 5 minutes), Albert Dock (about 12 - 15 minutes), Lime Street Station (about 5 minutes), Central Station (about 2 minutes), KFC (2 minutes or less); Liverpool University and Philharmonic Hall (10 - 12 minutes) and several eateries, restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast was nice and decent. They were kind enough to provide cardboard packs to pack our food when we needed to rush off early to catch our train. Staff were kind and helpful. The receptionist we met on the day of arrival was very helpful and had a good sense of humour. So sorry I can't remember his name. The apartment room was beautiful, well designed, with efficient use of space, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all required utensils (pots, knives, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc) and exceptionally clean. The hotel has elevators and a gym. All facilities functioned excellently. The two main train/metro stations (Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central) were less than 5 minutes walk either way. The Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral (Catholic Church) is about 10 - 12 minutes walk. Albert Dock - a major tourist site - where you'll find the famous Beatles Statue, the Liver Building, the Beatles Museum, Tate, Cruises, a shopping mall, seaside walks, etc, is about a 12 - 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location and breakfast were excellent, and the service was outstanding – very helpful and attentive. The location is very central, making it easy to visit the city's main attractions on foot. The breakfast, while simple, is thoughtfully prepared with great options and exceptional service – definitely a 10/10 experience. Every time we ordered eggs, they were cooked perfectly and served with a smile. Huge compliments to the staff for their fantastic service!

The room had everything I could have wanted, including microwave, fridge, dishwasher, lots of hanging and cupboard space, proper bath. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also excellent, five minutes walk from Lime Street station. On two of the three nights, the room was extremely quiet.

Top location, it’s very central and only 5 min walking from the Lime Street Station, many restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel (just through the train station and you are on Bold Street), lovely and helpful staff anytime you need them. Our room was spacious enough, mattress was on the harder side but that’s exactly how we like it. Sound isolation is literally amazing! There are pubs just across the street where loud music plays almost 24/7 but with closed windows you hear NOTHING of it. Very good air conditioner which regulates room temperature when the windows are closed :) Enough sockets around to charge whatever you need to. In our room the hair dryer was extremely old with only little power, but we got a much better one at the reception, it wasn’t a problem. All in all, pretty good Aparthotel in the city centre, we have nothing critical to complain about.

We didn’t realise that the room facilities would be so good. Huge fridge (I put one can of G&T in it 😂) and even a small dishwasher! The bed was huge, but I must admit I prefer a less firm mattress. Clean throughout, a very good shower (not always the case in hotels at this price), nice big bath towels. Good view cross the city (we were on the third floor). Pretty jolly good, on the whole! Oh, and the staff were really helpful with info about restaurants, museums etc.
